We manufacture a standard range of 304 and 316 Grade Stainless Steel Flag Poles from 6m up to 30.8m which are available in a standard satin finish. Wall thicknesses vary from 2.5mm up to 5.0mm and all flagpoles come complete with either a square hinged or fixed base plate, anchor bolts, internal or external halyard system, rotating finial, double hanging sticks and counterweight beads.

Quality Control

The most common grades used for flagpoles are 304 Grade (1.4301) and 316 Grade (1.4401). By adding Nickel and increasing chromium to 304 Grade, the internal structure of the metal is manipulated and the corrosion resistance increased. By further adding Molybdenum and increasing the nickel content to 10% 316 Grade is created and is more commonly known as "Marine Grade". This grade of steel is better suited for coastal or more heavily polluted environments. Our Electrophoresis process has a ten years Gold Guarantee to be corrosion and maintenance free.

(1) The material will be inspected before production. We ensure the material element meet the requirement.
(2) After the pole finished, we will do the strength test and surface corrosion test, which will guarantee the safety of the pole.
(3) The technician in every process of production will inspect the quality of the previous process.
(4) The quality supervisor will inspect the pole products overall before packing.

What are the factors that affect the price of a flag pole?

There are basically seven features that distinguish any given flag pole.
1. Material
2. Height
3. Top and bottom diameter
4. Wall thickness
5. Surface
6. Halyard system
7. Installation type (base plate, hinged base or wall mount)

Is all accessories included with a flag pole to complete installation?

All accessories are included, as well as a base, in the pole package. Nothing extra needs to be purchased by a customer. However, there are installation materials (concrete, wood wedges and sand) that are not included.

How many sections are in each flag pole?

Typically, 6-12 meters poles come in one section.
13-24 meters poles come in two or three sections.
25-30 meters poles are three sections.

Can I place a sample order?

Sure, small pieces sample are accepted.
For stainless steel flagpole set, MOQ is 1-3 sets.
By the way, we would like to supply 10-15cm long pipe sample for your reference about the finish if we have in stock, and we request express freight collect. We would also like to supply a free sample based on a large order quantity.

How can I get a price?

Please advice the detailed specifications, such as height, top diameter, bottom diameter, wall thickness, material, etc., then we will check and reply within 24 hours.

How long will the price be valid?

We are a tender and friendly manufacturer and trader, never greedy on windfall profit. Basically, our price remains stable. We only adjust the price based on below situation:
1. The exchange rate of USD: RMB varies significantly.
2. The cost of steel raw material rises sharply.

What is the terms of payment?

Generally speaking, we prefer to T/T.
For samples order, 100% T/T in advance.
For large quantity order, 50% T/T in advance and balance 50% T/T before delivery.
